Can I use the photos on my listing sites?
Yes, everywhere. You get full resolution files with the licence to use them on Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz, your own website, Google Business Profile, socials and print. Hosts can upload their own professional photos to any of these platforms at any time.
How is this different from a booking platform's photo service?
Photos from a platform's service are made for that platform's listing, processed in their house style. Book me directly and the files are yours: my retouching, every channel, no restrictions, and a shot list built around your property instead of a standard brief.
How many photos do I need?
Most holiday rentals sit comfortably between 20 and 35 images: every room, the exteriors, the view, and the details guests mention in reviews. I'll recommend a number once I've seen the property.
Do you travel?
Based on the Central Coast, shooting Sydney, Newcastle, Port Stephens, the Hunter and beyond. Multi-property trips can share travel costs, worth asking if you manage several places.
