Building Trust With Reviews – who’s buying it?

According to a survey conducted by BrightLocal in December 2018, for millennials, reviews are just about as influential as face to face recommendations. So what does that mean for your business today and in the future?

What it simply means is that you cannot afford to let potential clients from that demographic slip by. It means you have to commit to a strategy that encourages both better quality reviews and a larger quantity of reviews. And just as importantly, you want to keep a flow of NEW reviews coming through so that you don’t leave review readers to think that the service quality and experience has gone down… hopefully, it’s either consistently great or getting better.

So with that in mind, what’s your review strategy? Do you have a process in place to request reviews consistently? Do you monitor and respond to all reviews?

I’d love to hear what you’re doing and how it’s working for your online reputation.
